The Road to the Crystal Brush Continues at Templecon 2013!

Crystal Brush 2013 is right around the corner in just a few months, and the fantastic contests, conventions and competitions that are signing on to be part of our invitational Road to Crystal Brush is always growing! Happening in just a few short weeks in the fabulous state of Rhode Island, Templecon 2013 has agreed to join our great program, and here is what they had to say about their upcoming event…

“Crystal Brush is one of the most prestigious annual miniature painting competitions in the industry, awarding a $10,000 grand prize to the best in show. It is a long road to the finals in April however, and we host a number of special qualifying events along the way. Templecon is graciously hosting one of our esteemed Crystal Brush Qualifiers, giving out some great prizes and…even a chance at airfare to Chicago for the finals at Adepticon!

At this qualifying event there are three different categories that will all have a chance to earn some credit at the Cool Mini or Not webstore. The categories at the Templecon Crystal Brush Qualifier are:

– Fantasy Single Miniature or Squad
– Sci-Fi Single Miniature or Squad
– Steampunk Single Miniature or Squad

Each of the categories earns its own set of prizes. A 3rd place winner gets a $25 voucher to spend on the Cool Mini or Not webstore, a 2nd Place winner gets a $50 voucher, and a 1st Place winner gets a $75 voucher!

That’s not all! The Best in Show over the entire competition is rewarded with reimbursed airfare to the Crystal Brush Finals at Adepticon in Chicago for a chance at the grand prize money!

Bring out your best miniatures and try and go for the Gold…or rather… the Crystal Brush!”
