Road to Crystal Brush: Capital Palette Winner!

This past weekend, NOVA Open held its annual painting competition, the Capital Palette, in Washington, D.C. We’re excited to announce that this year’s Best of Show winner is John Stiening, for his Sci-Fi Large Model entry, “Imperial Knight Stomping on an Emperor’s Children Contemptor Dreadnought.” Intricate details and superb weathering helped make it the judges’ top choice among a field of well painted entries. Here’s a look at this stunning model.
